People Placement Process. All information collected will be kept in the strictest confidence with access only by our upper management.

People Perfect Recruiting
We establish and apply guidelines specific to your company when People Source begins our diligent search process. People Source
begins with placing newspaper and trade magazine ads. We attend job fairs and even college career functions to find the best
qualified employee for you. Most importantly, we pay referral checks for qualified applicants. We do all of this for your
employment needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Seed & Weed
Once a pool of potential employees has been harvested, we begin the weeding process. We interview all the applicants using the
strict criteria established in Step 1 and select the employees with your 'must-haves' in mind and your 'want-tos' included whenever possible.

People Testing
People Source will set up and perform individual testing, focusing the analysis of results on the needs of your company. Each
People Source potential must undergo the test, and we can even implement any other testing necessary.

People Review
At this point, People Source management begins a group management discussion and reviews the potential employee. This review
includes a strengths and weaknesses evaluation, followed by a discussion on the potential for each individual. From
this process, we develop questions for the re-evaluation procedure.

ReQuestion People Process
This step involves the questions that are developed during the People Review process. People Source wants to ensure that all
concerns and potential concerns for both the employer and the employee line up for a people-perfect match.

ReEvaluate People Process
The potential employee is now ready to experience the final interview process. The specific needs are expressed to the potential
employee through a series of questions that probe the person's interests, skills, and other items essential for a job match. These
questions could range from potential job duties and employer and employee expectations to the work environment. We want to ensure
that each individual is a perfect fit.

People Orientation
We design an orientation sheet specifically for your company and distribute it to each chosen employee. This list covers items such as
dress code, job description, pay rate, chain of command, shift hours, parking and any other items your company would like explained
for the employee's rapid integration into your company. Your company will also receive a copy for your complete approval.

People Placement
Now that the employee has been selected, tried and tested, we are satisfied and confident in placing the employee on the path
to a potential future with your company.

People Follow Through
People Source doesn't stop with a successful placement. We periodically follow up with a meeting or phone call with the management
to make sure that the employee has lived up to the potential and productivity level we all expected. Your demand for quality, drive,
and performance are met by our demand for the same.
